Co-Owners: Jim Linne and Ethan Dickey
Jim Linne: Jim purchased his 300-acre farm in 2005… where as a first-generation farmer, he uses adaptive multi-paddock grazing to optimize animal performance and soil health. Jim has 18 years experience on forage quality, feed testing, soil tests, and temporary fencing. Jim also operates White Clover Farm, where he produces 100% grass-fed, grass-finished beef from birth to slaughter.
Ethan Dickey: Ethan is a fifth generation farmer, has a commercial hay business with his father, and he and his wife have a Boer goat business.
